Working in an office and sitting a lot? If so get up and move around, hang from a door or through a doorway. Twist, do some yoga poses like cat-cow, warrior, pigeon, etc.
Stay hydrated, a good formula is half your body weight in ounces. So 200 pounds requires 100 ounces of pure water. Drink a little every 15 minutes or so not a quart at a time.
Carrying heavy loads? Consider making two trips don’t strain a muscle. Get help when in doubt!
